Do you do frontal weaves or wigs?

Unfortunately, we do not.

Do you do weaves or sew-ins?

Yes.  We do sew-ins, natural looking weaves, tape-ins and braid-less weaves and closures. We also sell hair extensions, please view our online shop.

Do you colour extensions?

Yes.  We kindly ask that you drop-off/deliver your hair 7-10 days prior to your collection/installation date, stating your name and contact number.

 Do you do natural hair?

Yes we do, please visit the natural hair tab on our services tab to view the different services we provide.

Do you make wigs?

Yes we do but please consult with your stylist for further information.

What treatments do your provide?

Moisture treatments: Excellent for hydrating, nourishing and softening dry and damaged hair.

Protein treatments: Great for strengthening hair that has been damaged by chemical treatments such as colours and relaxers.  However, please be warned that misuse of protein treatments can make the hair so strong that it becomes stiff and brittle. We need balance!

Oils treatments: Fantastic for adding moisture, but most importantly great for treating dry scalps. However please consult with your stylist so that the right one can be tailored to your needs.

Scalp treatment: Great for anyone with a dry, itchy scalp, eczema, psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. Specialist shampoos and treatments are applied to the scalp to help gently lift flakes and relieve itching.

What is a Braidless/LA weaves?

Braidless/LA weaves are a method of attaching extensions to your natural hair, with the aim of looking more natural and causing less stress to your strands. As you can probably guess, the big difference is that your natural hair is not braided, and you do not need to use any adhesive!

Micro-rings are applied to your hair horizontally then wefts are sewn across the micro-rings to attach them securely.

How do I maintain a Braidless/LA weave?

  1. We recommend visiting the salon around the 4 week mark to reposition the micro-rings.
  2. Do not sleep on wet extensions but thoroughly dry them before sleeping as this can cause matting or tangling.
  3. Do use a detangling brush and start from the tips and work your way up.
  4. Do tie your hair up in a loose pony or wear a silk/satin scarf or Bonnet at night.

What are Tape-in extensions?

Installing tape-ins involves carefully taping thin, inch-wide wefts of hair between your natural hair to give length or body. Tape-ins come pre-taped and have a single side of adhesive—that are then “sandwiched” between your natural strands.

How long do Tape-ins last?

Typically, Tape-ins should last anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks after your installation, depending on how fast your hair grows. When you return for a re-installation a gentle bond remover is applied to separate and slide the sandwiches out.

How do I maintain Tape ins?

  1. Avoid oils and serums around the adhesive of the tape-ins.
  2. Use a detangling brush and work your way up from the tips.
  3. Dry thoroughly before styling.
  4. Avoid sleeping on wet hair!
Do you do children’s hair?

We do not do anyone aged under 10 years old.

What is a keratin treatment?

Is a non-chemical, semi-permanent way of straightening the hair. It can last anywhere from 2-4 months depending on a persons regrowth. It reduces styling time and tames frizzing, while giving the hair a weightless shine. Hair needs to be wrapped and a sulphate free shampoo needs to be used in order to maintain. The keratin treatment is more resistant to moisture so you could happily gym after having this treatment. Please note that the keratin treatment is very intense and I would not recommend for those who are prone to heat damage.

What is a silk press?

Is a non-chemical way of straightening the hair, unlike conventional pressing no oven tongs are used. Using oven tongs requires heavy products to stop the hair from being heat damaged during the process.

During a silk press straighteners and minimal products are used giving the hair a weightless shine and body. A silk press can last anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on a persons daily routine. However, those who are new to silk pressing may find that that the results are not guaranteed and we would highly recommend you consult with your stylist to avoid disappointment.

In order to increase the longevity of a silk press, hair needs to be wrapped daily and we strongly advise (where possible) avoiding moisture and humid conditions, i.e. rain, sweaty gym sessions and work-outs, saunas and steam rooms.

Patch test

A patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to any colour service to ensure that that clients are not allergic to any colours used .

Can I bring my own products?

Yes of course you can we do understand that some of our clients have products proscribed to them.

Do you use natural hair products?

Yes we do and we are currently enjoying a large product range .

What products do you use?

Mainly Keracare as we feel that they usually have something for everyone, lusters you pro, design essentials and goldwell for your colour needs.

What is your returns policy?

All products and services are non refundable.

What payment methods do you provide in the salon?

We accept all major credit, debit and master cards.


All orders made with in the United Kindom will be charged at £7 and are normally dispatched between 5-7 days, and delivered using royal mail special delivery. This means you should receive your hair the next working day after dispatch.

International orders are charged at £17 and are normally dispatched between 5-7 days and delivered using royal mail international tracked and signed service. Orders should be delivered between 5-7 days after dispatch.

We do however ask that during promotional periods you allow 7-10 days for dispatch for the United Kingdom and international shipping.


What is your cancellation/ late policy?
If you are 10 minutes late or more to your appointment a £10 fee will be added to your final bill. But we would also kindly ask that you call you let us know your eta, as you may be advised to reschedule. We would also ask that any braid or cornrows are removed and detangled before your apply or the above late fee will also be applied. No call/no show will asked to pay the full price of the previous service missed upon booking your next appointment

Due to the nature of our business and for hygiene puposes we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty. We ask that if the item is faulty you return it to us within 14 days of the delivery.
